LUGAR DE DETENCION PARA DETERMINADOS EMPLEADOS OFICIALES. Los funcionarios y empleados de la Rama Jurisdiccional, Ministerio Público y Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial, serán detenidos en establecimientos distintos a los carcelarios. Lo mismo podrá disponer el juez para los exfuncionarios de los organismos mencionados.
