CARCEL CON LAS DEBIDAS SEGURIDADES. Cuando en el lugar de la comisión del hecho punible no hubiere establecimiento de detención con las debidas seguridades para impedir la evasión del recluso y para la protección de su vida o integridad personal, el juez dispondrá el traslado del detenido a la cárcel más cercana, que reúna las condiciones expresadas.
