TERMINOS PARA RECIBIR INDAGATORIA. La indagatoria deberá recibirse a la mayor brevedad posible dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a aquél en que el capturado haya sido puesto a disposición del juez. Este término se duplicará si hubiere más de dos capturados en el mismo proceso, y si la aprehensión se hubiere realizado en la misma fecha.
