CONTINUACION DEL PROCESO CUANDO ALGUNO DE LOS SINDICADOS GOCE DE INMUNIDAD. Cuando se adelante un proceso contra varias personas, alguna de las cuales goza de inmunidad, el juez continuará la actuación, pudiendo inclusive tramitar el juicio contra los sindicados restantes, mientras se decide sobre el levantamiento de la inmunidad o se vence el término de duración de ésta.
