DEVOLUCION DE LA CORRESPONDENCIA. El funcionario abrirá por sí mismo la correspondencia y, después de leerla, aportará al proceso lo que haga referencia a los hechos que se investigan y cuya Conservación considere necesaria. La correspondencia que no se relacione con los hechos que se investigan será entregada o enviada en el acto a la persona a quien corresponde.
