CASO ESPECIAL DE EMBARGO. Cuando se investiguen hechos punibles de falsedad en los títulos de propiedad de un bien inmueble o bienes muebles sometidos a registro, o de estafa o de otro delito que haya tenido por objeto bienes de esa naturaleza, y que pueda influir en la propiedad de los mismos, el funcionario de instrucción o el juez de conocimiento podrá decretar el embargo por el tiempo que sea necesario.
