AVALUO DE LOS BIENES EN HECHOS UNIBLES CONTRA EL PATRIMONIO ECONOMICO. En los hechos punibles contra el patrimonio económico, la cuantía y el monto de la indemnización, será la que fije el perjudicado bajo la gravedad del juramento, siempre y cuando no sea impugnada durante la etapa de la investigación por cualquiera de los sujetos procesales, caso en el cual el juez decretará la prueba pericial para establecerla.
