OBJETO DE LA INVESTIGACION. El funcionario de instrucción ordenará y practicará las pruebas conducentes al esclarecimiento de la verdad sobre los hechos materia de investigación especialmente respecto de las siguientes cuestiones

1.

Si se ha infringido la ley penal.

2.

Quién o quiénes son los autores o partícipes del hecho. 3.Los motivos determinantes y demás factores que influyeron en la violación de la ley penal. 4. Las circunstancias de lugar, tiempo y modo en que se realizó el hecho. 5. Las condiciones sociales, familiares o individuales que caracterizan la personalidad del procesado, su conducta anterior, sus antecedentes judiciales, de Policía, sus condiciones de vida, y 6. Los daños y perjuicios de orden moral y material que causó el hecho punible.
