PRACTICA INMEDIATA DE INSPECCION. En la búsqueda de los rastros o señales que haya dejado la infracción, y para la comprobación de los elementos constitutivos de la misma, el instructor, cuando considere que el hecho sea susceptible de tal prueba, decretará inmediatamente una inspección judicial. Si los rastros o señales del delito continuaren en territorio distinto al de la jurisdicción del juez, éste podrá entrar en él, siempre que sea dentro del territorio de la República.
