SANCIONES. Quien violare la reserva de la investigación, incurrirá en multa de uno a cinco salarios mínimos mensuales, impuesta por el funcionario que conoce del proceso. Si quien incurre en esta falta es el funcionario, conocerá del hecho el respectivo superior, y la sanción será la suspensión del cargo de ocho (8) días a dos (2) meses. Las sanciones previstas en los incisos anteriores se impondrán de acuerdo al procedimiento previsto en el Artículo 418. CAPITULO II INVESTIGACION DE LOS HECHOS
