TERMINO PARA LA INSTRUCCION. El juez que haya dirigido o realizado la indagación preliminar, si fuere competente, ser el mismo que obra y adelante la investigación, lo que ordenará mediante auto cabeza de proceso. Para el perfeccionamiento de la investigación dispondrá de un término máximo de treinta (30) días, cuando exista persona privada de libertad. Si las personas privadas de su libertad o los delitos investigados fueren más de dos, el término podrá extenderse hasta sesenta (60) días. Cuando no existan personas privadas de libertad, los términos anteriores se duplicarán.
