COMISIONES. El juez de instrucción cuando personalmente haga la indagación preliminar, podrá excepcionalmente comisionar a autoridades del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial para lo cual precisará, en auto de sustanciación, las diligencias que deban practicarse y señalar el término de la comisión.
