INFORMES DEL CUERPO TECNICO DE INVESTIGACION JUDICIAL. Los funcionarios del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial rendirán sus informes mediante certificación jurada al juez de instrucción, los que suscribirán con sus apellidos y el número del documento que los identifique como miembros del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial. No obstante, si el Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal considera que debe protegerse la identidad del funcionario, podrá autorizar que en el informe éste se identifique sólo con el número asignado por la institución. En este caso, el Director Seccional certificará que tal número corresponde a un funcionario de la institución y que prestó juramento sobre la autenticidad del documento.
