AVISO AL JUEZ DE INSTRUCCION Y AL MINISTERIO PUBLICO. Iniciada la investigación por el Cuerpo de Policía Judicial en las condiciones previstas en el Artículo anterior, inmediatamente o en la primera hora hábil del día siguiente, dará aviso al Juez de Instrucción correspondiente para que asuma el conocimiento de las diligencias o establezca el control y dirección de la investigación que se adelanta. Así mismo el Cuerpo Técnico de Investigación Judicial dará aviso al funcionario del Ministerio Público respectivo para que intervenga en la investigación.
