EMPLEO DE LABORATORIOS Y MEDIOS TECNICOS. El Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal, los Directores Seccionales o los Jueces de Instrucción podrán utilizar los laboratorios y medios Técnicos de investigación que tengan las entidades de carácter público. Excepcionalmente y por la necesidad del servicio, podrán utilizarse laboratorios y medios Técnicos privados, previa autorización de quien tenga la disponibilidad.
