ORGANISMOS DEL CUERPO TECNICO DE POLICÍA JUDICIAL. En cada Distrito Judicial y bajo la dirección del Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal, se conformarán dependencias del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial, de acuerdo a las necesidades del servicio. La Dirección Nacional podrá crear también unidades de investigación. Los funcionarios del Cuerpo Técnico de Policía Judicial designados para colaborar en las investigaciones, cuando no estén adscritos permanentemente a la unidad de investigación, prestarán sus servicios bajo la dirección operativa del juez correspondiente y por el tiempo que éste determine.
