ZONIFICACION. El Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal podrá dividir el territorio de los distritos y de las ciudades, cuyo volumen de población lo amerite en zonas, para que sobre ellas ejerzan sus funciones uno o varios jueces de instrucción, atendiendo las necesidades de la Administración de Justicia. Los conflictos sobre la distribución de procesos, que se susciten entre jueces asignados a distintas zonas de un distrito, o ciudad, serán dirimidos de plano por el mismo Director Seccional de Instrucción Criminal.
