OTROS REQUISITOS. Además de los requisitos señalados en los Artículos anteriores, para desempeñar el cargo de Juez de Instrucción Criminal o el de subalterno, se requerirá haber observado intachable conducta personal y social, no haber sido sancionado con suspensión o más de una vez, con multa, ni haber sido desvinculado del servicio público por mala conducta o ineptitud.
