REQUISITOS PARA OCUPAR EL CARGO DE JUEZ. Los Jueces de Instrucción Criminal serán postulados por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior correspondiente. Para su designación, además de las condiciones exigidas por la Constitución Nacional, los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial preferirán a quienes hubieren aprobado cursos académicos de especialización en ciencias penales o criminológicas por un lapso no menor de un (1) año, o desempeñado con reconocida idoneidad el cargo de Juez de Instrucción o de funcionario de instrucción, por tiempo no inferior a dos (2) años.
