JUECES RADICADOS. Los jueces radicados tendrán su sede en la cabecera del respectivo Distrito Judicial o en la cabecera de circuito. El lugar de radicación y el número de jueces por radicar será determinado por la Dirección Seccional de Instrucción Criminal, con un mes de anticipación a la fecha que se fije para la elección general de jueces y lo comunicará a la Sala Penal del respectivo Tribunal Superior.
