PROCEDIMIENTO EN CASO DE CONFESION. Si el procesado reconociere su participación en el hecho que se investiga, el juez competente continuará practicando las diligencias conducentes para adquirir el convencimiento de la verdad de la confesión y averiguar las circunstancias del hecho.
