OBJECION. En cualquier tiempo, antes de que se dicte el veredicto del jurado en los juicios que se ventilan con intervención de éste, o antes de que un asunto entre al despacho del juez para sentencia, en los demás casos, cualquiera de las partes puede objetar el dictamen por error, violencia o dolo.
