PROCEDIMIENTO. Cuando fuere necesario, el funcionario procederá a examinar los hechos, materia de la inspección, con todas sus circunstancias. Simultáneamente extenderá el acta correspondiente en la que se relacionarán las cosas, los hechos examinados, y las manifestaciones que sobre ellos hagan las personas que intervengan en la diligencia.
