SANCIONES. A quien impida, obstaculice o no preste la colaboración para la realización de cualquier prueba en el proceso, el funcionario impondrá, por resolución motivada, arresto inconmutable de uno (1) a treinta (30) días según la gravedad de la obstrucción y tomará las medidas conducentes para lograr la práctica inmediata de la prueba. La decisión no será susceptible de recurso alguno y tendrá cumplimiento inmediato. CAPITULO II INSPECCION
