INDEMNIZACION DE PERJUICIOS A FAVOR DEL ABSUELTO. Los condenados a quienes se absolviere en virtud de los recursos de revisión y casación, o sus herederos, tendrán derecho a exigir de los Magistrados o jueces, testigos, peritos o abogados que hubieren determinado la condena, la indemnización de los perjuicios sufridos con ella, de acuerdo con las normas civiles correspondientes.
