LIMITACION DEL RECURSO. La Corte no podrá tener cuenta causales de casación distintas de aquellas que han sido expresamente alegadas por las partes. Pero tratándose de la causal prevista en el numeral tercero del Artículo anterior, la Corte podrá declararla de oficio.
