RESOLUCION SOBRE LA DEMANDA. Si la demanda se ajusta a los requisitos exigidos en el Artículo anterior, se ordenará correr traslado del proceso al Procurador General por veinte (20) días para que emita su concepto y por quince (15) días comunes a las demás partes para alegar. Si la demanda no reúne los requisitos, se declarará desierto el recurso y se devolverá el proceso al Tribunal de origen.
