DECISION DEL RECURSO. Si el superior concede la apelación, determinará el efecto que le corresponda y comunicará su decisión al inferior, quien procederá en la forma establecida en el Artículo 205. En caso contrario, así lo declarará y enviará la actuación al inferior para que forme parte del expediente. Cuando la Corte Suprema de Justicia declare la procedencia del recurso de casación, lo comunicará al Tribunal respectivo y reclamará el expediente a fin de darle trámite. En caso contrario, se procederá conforme a lo previsto en el inciso precedente.
