TRAMITE. Cuando el recurso de reposición se formule por escrito, vencido el término para impugnar la decisión, la solicitud se mantendrá en secretaria por dos (2) días en traslado a las partes, de lo que se dejará constancia. Surtido el traslado se decidirá el recurso. La reposición interpuesta en audiencia o diligencia se decidirá allí mismo, una vez oídos los demás sujetos procesales.
