PROHIBICION DE CALIFICACIONES OFENSIVAS. En ningún caso le será permitido al juez ni a los sujetos procesales, hacer calificaciones ofensivas respecto de las personas que intervienen, debiendo limitarse al examen de los hechos y a las conclusiones jurídicas que de ellos se derivaren.
