CONDENA EN CONCRETO. En toda sentencia condenatoria el juez deberá señalar el monto de los perjuicios ocasionados por el hecho punible. Si no fuere posible la individualización del perjudicado o perjudicados, la condenación se hará en beneficio del Estado, con destino a la Defensoría Pública.
