NOTIFICACION PERSONAL AL PROCESADO NO PRIVADO DE LA LIBERTAD Y AL MINISTERIO PUBLICO. Al procesado que no esté privado de la libertad y al Ministerio Público, para notificarle personalmente los autos de cesación de procedimiento, el que dispone el cierre de la investigación, la resolución de acusación y la sentencia, se le citará inmediatamente por cualquier medio eficaz para que se presente dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a partir de la fecha de citación. Si no comparece o si el lugar de residencia o de su actividad es desconocido, se le notificará por edicto.
