PRORROGA. Los términos legales o judiciales no pueden ser prorrogados sino a petición de parte, hecha antes de su vencimiento, por causa grave y justificada. El juez, por una sola vez, concederá la prórroga que en ningún caso puede exceder en otro tanto el término ordinario.
