OBLIGACION DE COMPARECER. Salvo las excepciones legales, toda persona está obligada a comparecer ante el juez, cuando sea citada por escrito o personalmente por un funcionario judicial para la práctica de diligencia en el proceso penal. En caso de desobediencia el juez podrá sancionarlo de conformidad con el Artículo 418.
