En la Actuación procesal se podrán utilizar los medios mecánicos, electrónicos y Técnicos en general que la ciencia ofrezca a la investigación y que no atenten contra la dignidad humana. Así mismo podrán aplicarse a la parte administrativa de la actividad, las técnicas de la informática judicial.
