POSESION Y FACULTADES. Posesionado el defensor, mediante juramento, tendrá derecho de asistir al procesado en las diligencias en que la presencia de éste sea prescrita por la ley, lo representará en todos los demás actos del proceso y ejercerá todos los derechos tendientes a una adecuada defensa.
