VIGENCIA Y OPORTUNIDAD DEL NOMBRAMIENTO DE DEFENSOR. El cargo de defensor hecho desde la indagatoria o en cualquier otro momento posterior se entenderá hasta la finalización del proceso. La persona que haya sido legalmente vinculada a proceso penal, cualquiera que sea su situación jurídica, podrá en cualquier momento designar defensor, mediante poder debidamente autenticado ante autoridad competente y dirigido al juez respectivo.
