FACULTADES DEL PROCESADO EN SU DEFENSA. El procesado, para los fines de su defensa, tiene los mismos derechos de su defensor, excepto, sustentar los recursos de casación o de revisión, si no fuere abogado titulado. Cuando existan pretensiones contradictorias entre el procesado y su defensor, prevalecerán estas últimas.
