DESPLAZAMIENTO DEL PERSONERO MUNICIPAL. En cualquier estado del proceso, el personero podrá ser desplazado por el fiscal del juzgado de conocimiento. En casos especiales el Fiscal correspondiente podrá ser desplazado por el Agente Especial del Ministerio Público que para el efecto designe el Procurador General de la Nación o el funcionario en quien éste delegue dicha atribución.
