MINISTERIO PUBLICO ANTE JUECES PENALES Y DE INSTRUCCION CRIMINAL. En los procesos penales de competencia de los jueces municipales y en los sumarios que éstos instruyan, el Ministerio Público será ejercido por el correspondiente Personero Municipal. Ante los jueces de Instrucción Criminal, el Ministerio Público será ejercido por el Personero Municipal del lugar donde ocurrieron los hechos que son materia de la investigación.
