SANCION AL RECUSANTE TEMERARIO. Si al decidir la recusación se encuentra que ella fue ostensiblemente infundada, se sancionará al recusante con una multa hasta el equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales a favor del Tesoro Nacional. Si fuere el caso, se ordenará expedir las copias pertinentes para la investigación penal o disciplinaria a que hubiere lugar.
