ACEPTACION DEL IMPEDIMENTO. Si el superior aceptare el impedimento, en las mismas providencias atribuir el asunto

Al juez que no aceptó el impedimento.

A otro juez superior, de circuito, o de instrucción, de Distrito o de Circuito limítrofe, cuando en el lugar no hubiere más que uno, o todos estuvieren impedidos, y

A otro juez municipal, penal o promiscuo, del mismo circuito o de circuitos limítrofes, cuando en el lugar no hubiere más que uno o todos estuvieren impedidos.
