ACTUACION DEL JUEZ QUE CONOZCA DEL IMPEDIMENTO. Si el juez a quien por turno le hubiere correspondido conocer del impedimento, lo hallare fundado, aprehenderá el conocimiento. En caso contrario, con auto razonado, enviará el expediente al inmediato superior, quien decidir de plano la cuestión en providencia motivada.
