PROCEDIMIENTO EN CASO DE IMPEDIMENTO. En el mismo auto en que el juez manifieste el impedimento, ordenará pasar el proceso al juez que le siga en turno. Si se tratare de juez superior, de circuito o de instrucción, únicos, conocer del impedimento el tribunal superior respectivo, en Sala de Decisión Penal, y si de juez penal municipal o promiscuo, únicos, conocerá el respectivo juez del circuito.
