DECLARACION DE IMPEDIMENTO. Los jueces, magistrados y conjueces deben declararse impedidos para conocer de procesos penales, cuando exista respecto de ellos alguna causal de impedimento, tan pronto como adviertan su existencia, o a más tardar, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes.
