REQUISITOS Y FORMA DE LA RECUSACION. Si el juez o magistrado en quien concurra alguna de las causales de impedimento no lo declare, cualquiera de los sujetos procesales podrá recusarlo. La recusación se propondrá por escrito, ante el juez que conoce del asunto, acompañando las pruebas y exponiendo los motivos en que se funde.
