CONTINUIDAD DE LA INVESTIGACION. Si se suscitare colisión de competencias entre varios jueces para conocer o no de un mismo proceso penal, mientras no sea dirimida dicha colisión, todos ellos están obligados a practicar, dentro del territorio de su respectiva jurisdicción, las diligencias de investigación. Lo referente a la medida de aseguramiento o a la libertad del procesado, será resuelto por el juez que tuviere el proceso en el momento en que deba tomarse la respectiva decisión.
