COLISION DURANTE LA INVESTIGACION Y EL JUZGAMIENTO. Si la colisión de competencias se provoca durante la investigación, no se suspenderá ésta ni se anulará lo actuado, cualquiera que sea la decisión. Si la colisión se provoca durante el juzgamiento, se suspenderá éste, mientras se decide aquella, pero las nulidades a que hubiere lugar solo podrán ser decretadas por el funcionario en quien quede radicada la competencia.
