COMO SE PROMUEVE. Cualquiera de los sujetos procesales puede suscitar la colisión de competencias, por medio de memorial dirigido al juez que esté conociendo del proceso o al que considere competente para dicho conocimiento. Si el juez ante quien se formula la solicitud la hallare fundada, provocará la colisión de competencias.
