IMPROCEDENCIA. No puede haber colisión de competencias entre un juez o tribunal y otro que le esté subordinado por factor funcional, ni entre magistrados de una misma corporación judicial, ni entre jueces de igual categoría que tengan la misma competencia, excepto lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del Artículo anterior.
